The name "Rose Cottage" has been used in some surprising contexts - as a euphemism for the morgue in the medical world, as naval slang for an isolation ward for treating venereal disease in sailors ashore and as a brothel in towns hosting a naval base. Intriguing but completely circumstantial - it just so happened I was living in a "Rose Cottage" which was none of the above, nor was it a cottage, when the Suite was conceived.
